These terms and conditions of use (the ‘Terms’) govern access to and use of the Website https://gohub.vc/ (the ‘Website’) that GO HUB, S.L. (‘GoHub Ventures’) makes available to you as a user of the Website (the ‘User’ or the ‘Users’).
The Terms together with the Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, relating to the management of personal data of users, are the conditions of use governing the Website.
The use of the Website implies full acceptance by the User of the Terms in force at the time the User accesses the Website. So, if you do not agree with any of the conditions set forth herein you should refrain from using this Website.
GoHub Ventures reserves the right to modify, without any notice, at any time, these Terms. GoHub Ventures also reserves the right to suspend, interrupt or cease operating the Website at any time. Similarly, GoHub Ventures reserves the right to exercise whatever actions are available at law to demand the responsibilities arising from the breach of any of the provisions contained in these Terms by the Users.

We will not accept the receipt of excessive personal data, not updated and incompatible with the activity carried out by GoHub Ventures. In such cases, the excessive information shall be automatically destroyed.
On the purpose for which the Website is intended:
Through the Website, GoHub Ventures provides Users with information about its business activity, the events that GoHub Ventures has held and those that will be held in the future. Likewise, it publishes information about the companies in which they participate. GoHub Ventures is always open to the incorporation of new companies in its portfolio, so that through its Website it also receives application requests sent by new companies that want to submit their candidacy for consideration by GoHub Ventures.
Likewise, on the Website there is a “Blog” space where Users can find news, novelties or insights of interest related to GoHub Ventures and/or its activity.
About the use and management of the Website:
- Access and use of the Website
Users should make responsible and lawful use of the Website and the contents hosted therein. The User acknowledges that he/she is over eighteen (18) years old and accepts that access to and the use of the Website and/or the contents included therein takes place freely and consciously, under his/her sole responsibility.

- Not to introduce, store or disseminate through the Website any computer program, data, virus, code, or any other instrument or device that is likely to cause damage to the Website, any of the services, or any of the equipment, systems or networks of GoHub Ventures, any User or, in general, to any third party, capable of causing any type of alteration or impeding its normal operation.

In such a way that the contents and the information obtained through the Website will not be used to send advertising, send messages for direct sales purposes or any other commercial purpose, nor to collect or store personal data.

- Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by the provisions of Spanish law. Any dispute arising therefrom shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent Tribunals as established in the applicable regulations.
