GoHub Ventures will process personal data in order to manage registration and attendance at the Event. In addition, during the Event, GoHub Ventures, either directly or through third parties authorized by GoHub Ventures, will capture images of attendees in general shots solely for the purpose of documenting the Event and promoting it through GoHub Ventures’ communication channels.
GoHub Ventures will also process your data to send you commercial information about the Event and other services and/or activities related to GoHub Ventures’ business. The images captured in general shots or during interviews may be published through GoHub Ventures’ online or offline corporate communication channels, for the purpose of sharing audiovisual content from the Event on the Organizer’s online or offline corporate channels. The legal basis for this communication is GoHub Ventures’ legitimate interest in promoting and publicizing the Event.
Other than this, no data disclosures to third parties are foreseen unless strictly necessary for the development and execution of the stated purposes.
How long will your personal data be retained?
The personal data collected by GoHub Ventures to manage your registration and attendance at the Event will be kept until the Event has concluded. General shot images will be processed unless and until the data subject revokes their consent. As for commercial communications, you may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link included in the communication for that purpose.
When strictly necessary, the data required to comply with legal obligations will be kept in a blocked form, as well as during the applicable limitation periods solely for the purposes of legal claims or actions. Once this period has elapsed, the personal data will be deleted.
