Fracttal has secured over $10 million in Series B funding to transform physical asset maintenance. The round is led by Kayyak Ventures, one of the most active VCs in Latin America, with participation from existing investor GoHub Ventures, alongside Amador Holdings and strategic funding from BBVA Spark. Seaya, which led Fracttal’s funding round in 2021, continues to support the company as it enters its next growth phase.
A Cloud Platform for Smart Maintenance
Fracttal provides an intelligent, fully mobile, cloud-based maintenance management platform powered by artificial intelligence. Its flagship product, Fracttal One, allows businesses of any size to manage maintenance operations for equipment, vehicles, machinery, and facilities from any device, in real time.
Fracttal One integrates seamlessly with any industrial solution or ERP system, and its AI-driven capabilities help companies proactively anticipate equipment failures. Recognized as a leader in the world’s most prestigious rankings, the platform digitizes every aspect of maintenance management while promoting operational continuity, worker safety, and sustainability.
Measurable Impact on Operations
Even today, over 80% of companies lack a proper maintenance management solution and still rely on spreadsheets or manual processes. Fracttal’s clients, however, report a 25% reduction in asset incidents, a 15% decrease in maintenance costs, and a 35% increase in productivity.
The platform serves more than 1,500 companies across industry, transportation, facilities, and services, including Acciona, Unilever, Iberostar, Veolia, Burger King, Renault, Coca-Cola, and FedEx. Over the last three years, Fracttal’s customers have avoided the emission of 1,020 tons of CO2 through digital work orders alone.
Fueling Global Expansion
This Series B round will accelerate Fracttal’s international growth in Europe and Latin America, where multinational clients are already adopting its solution across multiple subsidiaries. The company is at the convergence of major global trends: IoT-driven cost reduction, connectivity, AI and Machine Learning, and the rise of sustainability and ESG.
“Today, we hold undisputed leadership in maintenance management in Latin America and are positioned among the best globally, supporting thousands of companies in managing millions of assets,” said Christian Struve, CEO and co-founder of Fracttal. “As we enter this growth phase, our focus is on delivering unparalleled innovation to our customers, driven by our mission to reinvent maintenance for a more sustainable, secure, and efficient world.“
“Fracttal’s solid financial performance, combined with its leadership in usability and engagement, demonstrates the value the company brings to its customers,” said Cristóbal Silva, Partner at Kayyak Ventures. “Through diverse data sets and an active user community, Fracttal is strengthening its position at the convergence of IoT, AI, connectivity, and sustainability.“
“We are fully committed to Fracttal due to its remarkable ability to stand out in an intensely competitive market,” said Inés Calabuig, Managing Partner of GoHub Ventures. “Since its inception, the startup has attracted clients across sectors and countries and cultivated a dedicated team. This funding round will allow Fracttal to consolidate its market-leading position and become the benchmark for SaaS maintenance in Europe.“
